The Tornadoes Swim Club started in 1989 with 10 swimmers. We currently have over 150 swimmers in training who compete locally and internationally. We have a vibrant group of young and talented swimmers from 0 - 99 years old; including a Masters Group. Members of our club have represented Jamaica on the National Team at Carifta, CISC, CCCAN, Commonwealth Games, the Olympics and other overseas meets.

    Main Objectives 

• To promote the sport of swimming among our members
• To develop the full potential of each swimmer;
• To encourage and reward improvement
• To foster a Club spirit among swimmers, parents and supporters 
• To involve parents and families of our swimmers in all club activities

Mission Statement
The mission of the Tornadoes Swim Club is to provide swimmers the opportunity to achieve excellence in the sport of competitive swimming. To help each swimmer develop, as an individual and as a team member, and to build the human skills of discipline, diligence and dedication through the support of coaches and the participation of family, friends and stakeholders in our club.
